Can you be joyful all the time?

Most of the emotions that we feel in our life are just interpretations of situations. When we look at the good in a situation, we can feel joyful. But it is almost impossible and inhuman to be in a joyful state all the time. The expectation that we put on ourselves that we need to always be happy can lead to suffering.  As we experience every emotion, we can become a vessel for that emotion to pass through us to allow us to return to the normal state of joy.

It seems really simple,  but it is hard to practice. Just knowing something doesn’t really mean , our behavior will change accordingly. Knowing is easy, practicing is way harder. But that cannot stop us from knowing anything. We know and then we keep practicing until we get better at it.
